Hello there!

I'm Erica a 24 years-old Italian girl. What can I say about me? Nearly 2 years ago I left my studies and I started travelling around Europe. I met so many different people that inspired and changed me a lot. Thanks to them, to all the beautiful places that I saw and all the amazing experiences that I lived, I am extremely positive, friendly, openminded, kind, helpful, humble.

I love sharing, mostly food, but it can be wathever! I love cooking for other people, chilling and talking in front of a glass of wine and some good food is the best way to get to know people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because I love to meet new people and learn from the other culture. I think is the best way to let your soul grow.

Interests

I love travelling, reading, hiking, cooking. I love simple things: the smell of a bonfire, the warm colour of sunsets, the sounds of the waves, the tranquility of a stream, a good coffee, the smile of kind people.

I love dramatic or true story movie. One of my favourite directors are: Tarantino, Nolan, Fincher, Kubrick.
I'm passionate about romance, philosophic essay and modern/contemporary literature. "The unbearable lightness of being" of Milan Kundera is one of my favourite book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I drove a sled with 8 dogs leading. But I'm sure more adventures are waiting for me!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook for you, mostly Italian food, but everytime I'm trying to learn different recepies from differen countries, so I would love to learn something from you! I can offer to you my ears, most of my friends told me I'm a good listener (maybe I should have studied psychology and not philosophy!)
