Overview
About Me
I am a laughable and open person who enjoys a good conversation.
Very much interested in philosophy, but capable of talking about different things: cinema, books and... life in general. (Aaaand I'm a crazy cat person!)
I'm into politics a lot, I could tell you a lot about the situation in PL and I'd love to see how do you view the situation in your country, but warning -- I'm gonna defend the leftist point of view (but I like to agree as much as I enjoy to disagree).
I'm now travelling around the south of France (after a couple of days spent working at vendange) and I'm already absolutely in love with this region. If anyone would like to pop out for a glass of beer/vine/anything and tell me about their town or help me with my French (I'm learning and I try really hard), just let me know!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I love travelling places and sharing the joy of it!
And it's so much more fun in everything if you have someone you can tell how happy you are doing it.

Music, Movies, and Books
The book of my life is "Master and Margherita"; I love poetry (Polish especially, but I'm a big fan of Philip Larkin, I read haiku sometimes and trying to get to know some French poets), the person who shaped my political views is Naomi Klein.
When it comes to music I like jazz, but I know only few bands/players.
Films... a lot of them, I like British working-class themed films, Polish film school from the '50 and '70 (and it's really amazing, I could tell you why), Japanese cinema, some of French films aswell. Oh, and Wes Anderson!
I could watch Monty Python all night and not stop laughing for one moment.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I smiled at the person I saw on the street and they smiled back to me.
(and ok, it wasn't just one time, but it's amazing every time it happens).
Teach, Learn, Share
In my studies I'm focused on philosophy of language, so I guess I could tell you something about that (it can be really interesting) and to get to know your opinions, because, in fact, everyone has to deal with language!
I'd love to try speaking French more, because it's still not as good as I like it to be.
But mostly I'd like to listen to what you have to say in general. People are cool as they are.
