ABOUT ME

I love coffee, classic movies, traffic, and flying. I love blowing bubbles, torrential downpours, and winter above all other seasons. I love the roar of a motorcycle, sand between my toes, and laughing loudly.

I believe that those who abandon their dreams will discourage yours. I think we are defined not only by what we create but also by what we destroy. I hope the power of love will eventually overcome the love of power.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that too often we see but lack vision. We sleep but forget to dream. Our problems will not be solved by the people who created them. We are the people we've been waiting for.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to travel and one of my favorite things about the experience is meeting new people. There is nothing quite like seeing a place like a local. I am excited for the opportunity to do so because of CS.

I've stayed with friends and friends-of-friends and total strangers. It's the people that make travel worthwhile!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a wide variety of movies and music; my movie tastes tending towards things filmed in the 1930's- 1950's. My taste in books tends to be equally eclectic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The sunrise over Mt.Fuji, the ruins of Pompeii, a rocket launched over Israel; I've seen and done all kinds of amazing things but am always hungry for more.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook a little, sing off-key, have some basic medical training/knowledge, know some totally useless facts about all sorts of things... I'd love to learn almost anything you have to offer!
