About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To meet like-minded individuals who see the world through positive, creative eyes and self-discover!

ABOUT ME

I am a free spirit who is interested in meeting other like-minded individuals and picking apart each others brains. I am easy-going, outgoing and I am ridiculously passionate about travel. I am currently writing a book that involves a lot of spiritual inquiry, philosophy, travel, etc. I plan to travel the world, write, do some yoga, inspire myself & others and hopefully make some impact on large & small scales.

PHILOSOPHY

Expand the limitations of your consciousness. Be daring and do something that scares the hell out of you.. you will probably grow from it. Have no regrets, enlighten yourself in whatever ways you can, and only do what makes you feel free as a bird. Treat the Earth and its inhabitants with grace and simple kindness. Smile, and more importantly, try and make someone else smile. Live because being alive is magical and you are here for more reasons than you will ever know. Notice the coincidences in your life and follow them. There is absolutely nothing to fear, everything is great and always will be. Life is a cycle, death and re-birth, so dont worry.. be happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As of now I am travelling and I have yet to host or let someone sleep on my couch. However, after travelling I plan to do everything I can to help other travellers feel welcome in my city and my home. I believe in the universal energy of travel and I think it is only made possible by other travellers sharing & caring by offering what they can to help. My couch will be available as soon as I get my feet back on solid ground and I can offer a place to stay. Guarenteed!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None! I am heading to Manchester and this is my first time couch surfing. I plan to live in Manchester for the summer but until I can get a flat figured out I hope to stay somewhere! I am really excited as Ive been searching a lot on CS and I have noticed how many interesting and amazing people are offering up their couches. Its really great!

Music, Movies, and Books

Agh. Too many. Books: White Oleander, Into the Wild, Eat Pray Love, The Dharma Bums, The Celestine Prophecy, Ishmael, Steppenwolfe, Siddartha, On the Road, The Indian Journals, The Shack, Oryx and Crake, The Year of the Flood, Wreck this Journal, The Alchemist, Howl.. more and more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled through South America, backpacking with a friend.. and I have to say that standing on the Devils Throat of Iguazu Falls, on a sunny day with mass amounts of water spraying up at us from the majestic waterfalls, and watching a beautiful rainbow form upon the mist of the falls.. was probably the most astounding thing Ive ever seen. Just pure natural beauty right infront of me. Amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

We are so much more than our bodies, our cells and our biological makeup. We are capable of so much beauty and creativity and transcendence. Something I read in a book called Eat, Pray, Love and it said 'Fear? Who cares.' Everyone is scared of something.. but I have learned that if I chase hungrily and ferociously after my fear I will end up finding that it is the same as what I love. Search wrecklessly for whatever you fear and you will discover the true potential of your being.
