About Me

27 year old girl living in Aarhus, also known as the City of Smiles! Love to spend time with my beloved ones and love to travel and meet new people :D

Love to learn new things about all different kinds of stuff. I have a passion for music and French and communication, adventures and random photos.

I'm a bit of a philosopher - a small person wondering how all the little things in life can be so great altogether, and being thankful to God for the blessings he sends my way.

PHILOSOPHY

A stranger is a friend you haven't met yet.
I mean, probably!

Little is much when God's in it (Downhere)

"Optimists are right. So are pessimists. It's up to you to choose which you will be." (Harvey MacKay)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy both hosting and surfing. I'll have to arrange couch availability with my flatmate, which influences my decisions on declining/accepting requests.

If I've got the time to hang out I'll love to - but doing a lot of activities together is not a condition for surfing my place, as I usually have quite a lot of appointments myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While travelling around Australia for 8 months I was amazed to experience the hospitability there. "We've got a spare matress - you can stay with us!".
I want to integrate that way of meeting and welcoming people in my own everyday life as well.

Interests

music, singing, movies, cultures, communication, languages, French, cooking, travelling, God, philosophy, dancing, nature, running, environment, and eh.. computer stuff.

And coffee.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking from Paris through Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany all the way back to Aarhus was an eye-opening and GREAT experience - meeting new people everyday and living on God's grace one day at a time!

Australia is truly amazing and I think it will rest my all time favourite country! It's so diverse and beautiful.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmm. Teach. Learn. Share. What to say? I believe all three are important aspects of life! Passing your thoughts and your knowledge on. Being humble towards things you don't know. Being willing to share both physical facilities, things, food, time and experiences.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Slovenia
