Overview
About Me
I’m taking some time out after several years of working full time for a charity and running a business on the side. I came to South Africa for the wedding of an old friend and now I’ll just see where the wind takes me... I’m doing some remote working and hoping to stay away from Scotland at least until the winter is over :) I have studied a bit of art, philosophy, especially philosophy of mind and cognitive science, and sociology. I have been practicing yoga for several years but have recently had to step back from this for a while due to injury. I come from a large family, and think that being able to laugh at yourself and life is essential. For some reason these two things seem to be inextricably linked in my mind 🤷🏼♀️️

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy a huge variety of music. Almost every genre includes music I like. I love when other people choose the music and it’s not something I would have thought of myself.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelled the silk route from China into the Hunza Valley in Pakistan.
Teach, Learn, Share
I’m very happy when I discover there is something I can teach someone or share with them. I know a lot of random stuff... I’d love book recommendations, and to learn almost anything.
