About Me
I’ve certainly slowed down on travelling as of late, but I am very interested im hosting people when I have time to show them around Lodi - a small wine-country town with great access to wine and beer tasting and outdoor activities.
I enjoy outdoor activities myself and trying local food and drinks. I work on a 911 ambulance and with a local fire department.
I love to help people and truly believe in the kindness of others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
If you surf with me I'd like to take you around the city to places I enjoy and will also show you things you enjoy. We'll adapt it to your fit. Do you like to cook?.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted a few people and have been hosted. It's been great. I certainly don't use it as much as I should when I travel but its great. People opening their houses to others is the true existencial essence of travel.

Music, Movies, and Books
My younger years, I was a drummer in a punk and hardcore band and since then my music interest has really expanded to encompass a little bit of everything. I like a playlist for the mood, location, and what Im doing. Deep House, Punk, Reggae, Spanish music, I have a place for it all.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to La Soufriere in St. Vincent and the Grenadines a rainy day hours before my flight. We hitched a ride in a banana truck and a large red wasp stung me on my ankle.
We had to keep going because it was our last day. It was amazing to see the change of flora as the altitude changed. As we reached the top we looked down into the massive crater below. A rastaman with a large back of his crop walked by with a machete and yellow rainsuit.
The descent, though painful with a now swollen ankle was along a dry river bed. We reached the road just as the clouds cracked and rain poured down torrentially. It was one of the best experiences I had on this trip to such a beautiful little island.
