Overview
About Me
Born and raised in Brazil, lived in the U.S. for 15 years. Currently on an Erasmus Mundus masters program based in Lille, France. Will be soon traveling to Wroclaw, Poland, and Cork, Ireland.
My masters research will focus on shared food habits across cultures and how they can positively influence people's perceptions of immigrant communities.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Looking to make good connections for cultural exchange. I hope to do quite a bit of travel during my two years in Europe.
Fun fact: my mother couchsurfed in 4 different countries when she was in her late 60's. I only wish I was half the adventurer she was!

Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, Le diner des cons, My cousin Vinny, Amores perros.
Picture of Dorian Gray, Dom Casmurro, Amor en el tiempo de colera.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I learned how to ride a unicycle many years before I learned to ride a bicycle. But I have the impression that unicycles and bicycles are not the same when it comes to forgetting how to ride it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Portuguese, show you some amazing things about Brazilian culture.
I would love to learn your language, hear about your culture, eating a typical food from your town/country.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook some delicious Brazilian food. I can leave behind some of the great Brazilian music I carry around with me.
