ABOUT ME

ESPAÑOL
Estudio ingeniería civil en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Me encanta salir y viajar con mis amigos, estar con mi familia y mis 8 hermanos y trabajar duro para poder ser feliz e intentar ayudar al mundo.

ENGLISH
I'am finishing my engineering studies, I came from a huge family (we are 8 brothers), and I love to hang out with my friends, and pass my vacations with friends or family, hopefully meeting new places and people, because I love to travel, but also as a professional my dream is to make this world a little better.

PHILOSOPHY

ESPAÑOL
Viajar por el mundo conociendo distintos lugares y su gente nos amplía nuestra visión de mundo y nos hace poder entenderlo un poco mejor. Trato de hacer las cosas de la mejor manera, y usar mis talentos para hacer este mundo un poco mejor. Sin duda, al viajar por el mundo abrimos nuestra mente y logramos valorar mucho más lo que hay a nuestro alrededor.

ENGLISH
I think that travelling among the world, meeting different people and places, help us opening our minds to knew things, so we can understand the world a bit better. I always try to make the best of me, in everything, and I think that everyone of us can make this world a little better, if they want. When I travel, these feelings begin to increase.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

ESPAÑOL
Simplemente tratando de hacer más interesante y fácil el viaje de algún extranjero en mi país, e intentando que cuando yo esté surfeando pueda ser un huésped agradable e interesante, de forma de poder tener experiencias inolvidables con los couchsurfers y hacer grandes nuevos amigos.

ENGLISH
I just try to make people's trips a little more interesting and easy, and when I'm the visitor, the same, I try to have a great relation with my host, so both of us have really great experiences with couchsurfing, and, why not, at the same time, making new friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

ESPAÑOL
Mi experiencia en CS ha sido increíble, solo he surfeado en dos lugares (Floripa e Iguazu), pero en los dos casos fue muy agradable, las personas muy acogedoras y simpáticas, sin duda un viaje con CS se hace mucho más interesante.

ENGLISH
My experience has been great, I've only surfed in two places, but both of them were incredible. I've no doubt that a trip with couchsurfing is much more interesting.

Interests

ESPAÑOL
Por supuesto que viajar y conocer muchos lugares y gente! Además me gustan los deportes, libros, me encanta el trekking, ir de camping, pescar y cazar, también me encanta el campo y los caballos, y me encanta salir con mis amigos.

ENGLISH
Travelling and meeting new people and places, obviously. I also like sports, I love trekking, horses and the countryside. I also like going camping, fishing and hunting. I love hanging out with my friends, and also reading a good book, or watching a movie.

Music, Movies, and Books

ESPAÑOL
Me encanta el rock de todo tipo, las comedias y cualquier buena novela, sobretodo la historia novelada. En general de todo un poco, estoy abierto a todo tipo de arte.

ENGLISH
I love every kind of rock, I love movies, especially comedies, and also any good book, hopefully historic novels. In general I appreciate any kind of art.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

ESPAÑOL
Escalar el volcán Chaitén en el sur de Chile poco después de su gran erupción el 2008, y en plena actividad. Cuando llegamos al cráter, el volcán entro en una erupción suficientemente grande como para que nuestro guía y todos nosotros nos asustáramos y tuviéramos que bajar corriendo con la adrenalina en las nubes.

ENGLISH
I climbed with my friends the Chaitén volcano, which erupted in 2008, a few months after that huge eruption. When we were in the crater, it started to erupt sufficiently strong to make all of us, including a guide, run very fast down the volcano feeling that we were going to die haha.
