If I would described myself in three words, it would probably be: honest, principled and friendly. Fairly open-minded. Open to new ideas, new people and new experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Before CouchSurfing, I've met several travelers I didn't really know and invited them to my place. And I also met people on my travels who invited me to stay with them. Meeting people, learning about their experiences and hearing other people's stories is for me the greatest thing about traveling.

With Couchsurfing I found out I was not alone. And had a lot of great experiences since. Mostly I was hosting. But I also had some great surfing experiences. And also just meeting people for coffee or a walk.

Interests

Few years ago I got interested in human-centered design. It's an approach to design using iteration of prototyping and then testing prototypes. Goal is to create products/services/processes that are tailor-made to actual user needs. It's also approach that gives features more space than just looks when designing. So I try to apply it where ever I can.

And unrelated, I have a dog. Kali. She's an adopted mix of border-collie. And she's one of my top interests. And joys. :)
