About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to understand the world, and cope with information overload. I spend far too much time on wikipedia.
ABOUT ME
I am working on my Master's in philosophy at Ryerson University. So far so good.
PHILOSOPHY
I often feel overwhelmed by the size and complexity of the world. I am trying my best to make sense of it, and to do things that are worthwhile, whatever that means!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love to have guests, both to stay on my couch as well as meet for coffee or beer.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have crashed on many friends couches before, but not yet a stranger's. I have had people stay with me that I barely knew and it was great! Learned lots, and they even helped me prepare for a French job interview. Wonderful people!
Interests
People! Literature, politics, jokes (though mine are usually quite lame), frisbee, riding bikes, camping etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed Mount Fuji and watched the sunrise from the top with a few thousand others. Beautiful.
Teach, Learn, Share
I read lots of classic literature, philosophy and psychology as a student, and love to read and talk about these topics as a student and a teacher. I also have lots of experience teaching English. I would like to learn more vegetarian recipes, gardening tips, basic woodworking skills or projects and anything people might be interested in sharing.
