I'm an compassionate and adventerous human. I'd love to meet you! Right now I'm going through training to be a midwife. Since I often work really crazy hours at the hospital I can't really host right now. But when I travel I'd love to connect.

Of course, it takes more than a few days, weeks, or even months to really experience a culture, but that is at least made easier by meeting and talking with locals. I love all sorts of music, but particularly blues, swing, indie, and classic rock. I'll rock out to just about anything.
I really enjoy movies too, all sorts. But horror films and documentaries are not necessarily my first choice.
I wish I had more time to read!

Algo increíble que he hecho

One of my greatest solo adventures was taking the the Trans-Siberian train from Moscow to Vladivostok in the middle of winter. Gosh, Russia is HUGE.

Last summer I spent three weeks hitchhiking and backpacking in Georgia. What an amazing and fascinating country! The cities, nature, and food are all spectacular! I loved it soooooo much. I learned how to milk a cow in Uschguli and we had the greatest and most gracious host in Bojormi.
