About Me
CURRENT MISSION
back in New Zealand after spending a bit of time travelling around Scotland and Europe. Looking to start saving up for another big trip to the northern hemisphere in a few years time
ABOUT ME
I'm relatively open and accepting of different views, perspectives, and lifestyles. I'm pretty easy-going.
PHILOSOPHY
So long as your not hurting anyone else with your actions or beliefs, you're fine by me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My CS experience to date has been pretty limited - joined a friend that has plenty of experience with cs-ing while on a trip in Greece, and loved the experience, so keen to use it as a means to meet plenty of people on my travels, and get first-hand experiences of how people in other countries/cultures live/eat/play
Interests
I love listening to music, especially going to concerts/live music. I also love to bake and cook, and host the odd dinner party. I'm a bit of a geology geek too, haha! I also try and do boxing (purely for fitness!), when I have enough time to get to training.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love most genres of music, particularly rock, drum and bass, alternative rock, indie, and world/ethnic music. I enjoy movies, except really cheesy chick-flicks and rom-coms, lol. I like most books, especially those within the fantasy genre
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Can't limit it to one, so the tops ones are seeing the temples of Angkor, seeing the sunset at Santorini with a friend while enjoying a bottle of local wine, and appreciating the view of the lake and mountains in my hometown whenever I head back there after being away for a while.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach - ummm, I have a degree in earth sciences (environmental sciences, geology, volcanology etc), and another in town planning, so can share thoughts and some knowledge on those subjects. Apparently I'm also good at teaching people how to cook/bake, lol
Learn - I love learning the history of places (I think growing up in such a young country has fostered a real fascination with places that have some form of ancient history), general knowledge, and, of course, about local foods etc
