Some amazing things I've ever done/experienced:

Looking out over a balcony overlooking the Bosphorus, seagulls flying, at 5 am during the call to prayer.

Exploring ancient ruins of Angkor Wat, and meeting a monk who taught me how to free a tree frog.

Taking a bicycle and getting completely lost all over Beijing for 9 hours.

Climbing Mount Fuji at night, to reach the top at 3 am, when the sun instantly rose over the horizon and turned the world gold.

Phuket!

Taking a boat with North Koreans between the North Korean and China border.

Riding a bike along the vine fields overlooking Lake Geneva in Vevey, Switzerland + relaxing in the hot spa in the outdoors overlooking the Alps with my French lover in Gruyère
