ABOUT ME

Responsible travel program in Cao Bang is a community service owned by local ethnic minority group in a small village. As a social enterprineur, we connect people through community work, social transformation, and cross-cultural understanding

Our team is made up of locals in order to provide to our participants with the best travel through our shared experience. We live in highland, and we work here, and we have a passion for community development program which we share with all participants from parts of the world, bringing you the opportunities to discovery and make a difference by helping local ethnic minority people as well as enviromental issue.

We know the region and we speak the language. Our team is well-trained by the member of STEPs4NGOs project in Vietnam (The project was funded by Youth in Action Programme of the European Union, Action 3.2 – Youth in the world and coordinated by Association “International Initiatives for Cooperation”, Bulgaria)

Our Team

Mr. Trac Hoang

Mr. Trac Hoang spent many years working at the Volunteers for community development and environment education organisation - a non-governmental organization as a volunteer coordinator. He loves working in the community development sector because he likes helping disadvantaged people and sharing local culture with foreigners.
His home town is Trung Khanh district, known as the famous area of the north of Vietnam with national Attractions as Ban Gioc waterfall, Nguom Ngao cave

Ms. Huong Ha

Her home town is Ha Quang, Cao Bang, known as the very famous area of Vietnam with Pac Bo cave, Le-Nin stream, Cac-Mac mountain and beatiful villages. Ms Huong Ha graduated from the English department of Thai Nguyen University. She has been working in a local school since 2011 as voluntary teacher. She likes having the opportunity to enable our participants to enjoy their travel, and to have unforgettable memories
