I grew up in VA and spent my summers with my dad in Seattle. When I graduated from high school, I knew that Washington state was the place for me, so I attended college here. It wasn't long before I got restless and needed to see more of the world, so I began working on cruise ships and traveling independently. The travel bug hit me hard and I haven't been able to stop since!

Now I'm a travel and wedding photographer based in Seattle, WA and I also have a travel blog. I travel as much as I can when I'm not busy with weddings, and sometimes I get to photograph weddings in amazing destinations. I've made every effort to have travel be a priority in my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Everywhere I have traveled for a long period of time has been pretty affordable, so I have had no need to try couch surfing. However, now I am spending a lot of time in Europe and I know I will need to budget accordingly. I'm an independent traveler and I enjoy meeting locals and other travelers, so I'm looking forward to this new experience!

I hope that one day I will live in a home that I am able to open up to visitors from around the world. It would give me so much pleasure to give back to the travel community!
