We are Tracy and Will.

Tracy is a Taiwanese who just recently obtained her PhD in genetics. Will is an American who has been living in Taiwan working as a consultant for the past twenty years. We both have a passion for travel and our original plan was to sail around the world. Once we were ready to go, covid hit and shut everything down. Since then we decided to travel the world on land. We have now been traveling full time for the past three years as we follow our dream of an around the world trip.

We are excited to see new places and interact with interesting people from around the world. We’re always up for sharing stories of our adventures and hopefully a lot of laughs as well.

Our travel style is about trying to get the most out of each country we visit. Therefore we usually spend several weeks or months in a country fully exploring it. This also gives us the time to take extended breaks in one place and get a feel for what it's like to live everyday life there.

We enjoy spending time with our hosts and getting to know them and their lives. In fact the more we couchsurf the more we find ourselves adjusting our travel schedule so we maximize the time we have to interact with our hosts. We have cherished the time talking with hosts, learning about local life and discussing topics both big and small. That being said if you have a busy life, please don't feel obligated to make time for us. We are quite independent as well as being guests in your home so we will happily adjust to your schedule.

We enjoy cooking and even travel with spices and other ingredients that are hard to get in other countries. We are very happy to cook as we regularly miss dishes from back home. We have also picked up some great recipes from the hosts we have had around the world.

We are both clean, tidy, respectful, and have no problem doing the dishes.

We are also HUGE animal lovers, and have loved getting to interact with all the great animals we have met. Meaning if you have a pet we'd be more than happy to help with feedings, walks, or in any way possible.
