ABOUT ME

I am living in Victoria and loving it. I have a great job, soon to buy a condo?, and a great bunch of friends here. I come from Alberta orginally but haven't lived there in about 15 years. I spent my 20's travelling while working in Canada as a tree-planter and a Lookout Observer in a fire tower in the summer months. I am now quite happy to have settled down and host some other travellers.

PHILOSOPHY

Just go with it. Life is hard and sometimes to make it better you just have to move on/change with it.

I love trying new things and that includes meeting new people.

Interests

Right now I am big into cross-stitching. I have a project that so far has taken me just over two years, and I am almost done. It's not your grandmothers cross-stitch. Mind you I do love most of the older generation crafts; weaving, knitting, crochet, and other fun textile crafts. I am an avid cross-country skier but I have been known to enjoy downhill as well. I love gardening and walking/hiking/biking through the trees or just around town.
