ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Kevin & I am a Traveler.  =DBy far the highlight of my life has been backpacking through Europe for a month back in 2005. I highly reccomend hang-gliding in Switzerland! Since then I have been positively addicted to traveling.  I recently returned from a one year study abroad program in Wernigerode, Deutschland.  I got to see a bunch of Germany, went to Central America over the winter break to visit friends from the USA, & Hostel surfed around Europe before coming back 'home' to Oregon.  I am just this guy, you know? If I had to pick 5 qualities that best describe me they would be Respectful, Fun, Unselfish, Adventurous & Intelligent.I am neither LIBERAL nor CONSERVATIVE: I don't fit into a political category b/c I agree and disagree with the views on the right, the left, and everywhere in between.I am a THRILL SEEKER - Hang-Gliding, Driving Fast, Roller Coasters...I am a GAME FIEND - Poker, Risk, Darts, Pool, Twister, Pictionary...Exceptions are shuffle-board and golf. I worked at an 18 hole course in Northern California and played every day for free for a summer. Golf is pure evil. I do however, immensely enjoy mini golf and relaxed urban disc golf.I am a GOOD MAN - This probably sounds corny but I genuinely strive to be the best person I can be and want to surround myself with other responsible, fun people that look out for others as much as themselves.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have Hostel surfed in more than 15 countries throughout Europe & Central America but I am somewhat new to couch surfing.  I have heard great things from friends & other travelers so I am looking forward to diving into it & meeting lots of fantastic people!

I enjoy: Hang-Gliding, Meditation, Blowing stuff up, Traveling, Taking too many pictures, Being a good person, Roller Coasters, Road Trips, Good conversation, Lounging at the Lake or Pool, Ice Hockey, Hiking, Rafting, Poker, Beer, Learning, Sleeping in, Jogging, Driving Fast, World Domination

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow, where do I begin. The first thing that comes to mind is scuba diving at night in the carribean.  It was fantastic!
