The world is also beautiful when you're standing upside down. On your hands that is. Every day I wake up wanting to further explore my body and mind. Playing with my strength, range of motion, balance, flexibility, comfortability, focus, trust, breathing, alignment and so on. For the last ten years I've been on a journey of continuous exploration and most likely it's a never ending one.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

People that I've hosted: 13.

Couches that I've surfed: 18.

My biggest Couchsurfing experience is a solo backpacking trip through the United States. This was in 2010. During this journey I met a lot of extraordinary, inspiring, funny and awesome people. Alone, but never lonely! In 65 days, I've spend 300 hours in the Greyhound bus or at Greyhound stations, travelled 8000 miles (13000 kilometers), slept on 14 different couches and seen 18 different states.

Interessen

As you can already read in the 'About Me' section, I'm completely into body movements. Besides this, I'm running my own company and love talking and learning about entrepreneurship. Obviously, as any Couchsurfer I like to travel!
