ABOUT ME
I'm a placid, content and free spirited 23 year old with an open heart, a love of challenges and adventures, being random and dancing to the ebb and flow of life and new experiences. I'm a raw food vegan, I love to keep active and be outdoors, to travel, I love nature, art, writing, photography, music, dance, mind/body/spirit related topics, meeting incredible people from all walks of life, learning, walking, being contemplative...
PHILOSOPHY
~ UPDATE : Currently in USA until late Nov 2016 so possibly looking for hosts and new friends while Im still here! ~
Live in the present. Anything else is an illusion. If you're stuck in the events of yesterday or looking ahead to the possibilities of tomorrow, you miss what is right in front of you, which is all you really can be certain of, and it only comes just once. Embrace all sensations and experiences, push through your old limiting belief, talk less and say more; want less and receive more; complain less and love more...

Music, Movies, and Books
This is a broad one for me - I enjoy so many types of music, anything from celtic to alternative, drumming, ethnic, tribal, latin, jazz and blues... but my favourite band is John Butler Trio without doubt. I appreciate real musical talent, especially guitar.
Books and movies - anything deeply inspiring or heart-opening. OR that brings about belly-aching laughter!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Why not make every day and experience amazing and memorable? That should be the aim! :) Turn the mundane into something deeply appreciated, as everything in life is a gift and a miracle. Mind you, I've done and seen some extremely memorable and special things in my travels over the years! But I couldn't name just one!
