ABOUT ME

I love to travel. Have had a taste and now I want more! I want to do more of Europe badly, there's so much history and it's quite novel being attached to other countries (as Australia is the only continent in the world to have just one country within its borders!). I plan to travel Asia too, I have a small obsession with Asian culture (that my friends well know about and nurture by buying me Asian things for special occasions). I've recently thought about Africa and South America and they're on my list but a bit further down from Europe and Asia. I'm an open minded, honest Aussie girl who wants to experience as much she can. There's too much to see and do before I'm tied down, plus I hope to have stories to share with all budding travellers, friends and family so they can be inspired to experience the world too.

PHILOSOPHY

You live once so get out there and live it coz no-one is going to do it for you! Be kind and honest to others, rudeness and lies will get you nowhere. Also, you have to grow up and take responsibility so you know you're your own person but remember to still laugh and play like a child sometimes (or most times in my case)- it costs nothing and will keep you in touch with the sweeter and simpler things in life!

Im a serious movie buff. I mean seriously. I also love my books - always good to take on your travels! I'm always researching about the next trip and kidnapping friends to go with me hehehe

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Jennifer Fallon (Fantasy) great writer there. Anything that takes my fancy at the time I will read. I love music from Muse, 30 Seconds to Mars, Yanni (composer/conductor) Coldplay and more. Movies I love tend to be action packed, I love the meaningful ones as well though (Forest Gump being my fav).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled the South Island of New Zealand with my grandparents and parents. 3 generations together, there's alot to learn and share (even if we do get sick of each other after a while). We stayed in Queenstown fora about a week out of our 3 week journey and it was excellent. I did bungy jumping which was fantastic and an amazing experience - and I'm not that fond of heights!

I want to learn about culture, history, life - anything I can get my ear around! I hope I can share some Aussie stories plus stories from my other travels (however small).
