« To travel is to live », I believe this quote is true. Travel makes me live, makes me feel alive and is full of life. Going anywhere on new adventures, seeing new places, doing new activities and meeting new people is when I'm feeling the happiest and most alive.

I'm an easy-going, talkative, curious and nice student guy from Paris, moving to Madrid in January 2022 to finish my dual degree in Economics of the Development of International Tourism & International Tourism Management.

While difficult culinary-talking, I love French food and although I don't cook a lot of it, the things I know, I cook them very well. I love speaking and learning other languages, I'm a beach-boy (although not going all the time either), and I love geography and athletics.

Traveling-wise, I've first went abroad in 2010 when going to Spain. I've first went outside Europe in 2017 when going to Singapore. I've hit 10 countries in 2018 and 20 countries in 2021.
I had set a goal of traveling to 3 different countries in 2018 and achieved it. Coming into 2020 with 15 countries,
I had set the goal to reach 20 countries before the end of the year. I even expected 23-25 but COVID ruined my plans. Delayed but never gave up, I hit 20 this year!
About 2022, I didn't set any particular goal, apart from travelling to Colombia. I'm now more into living my life day-to-day and see where it brings me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my trips, I noticed it was hard to actually meet people and stick with them, apart from staying in hostel, especially if you're on the road and going to other cities quite quick or staying to one place for a short time.

Through Couchsurfing, I had the chance to meet people from Mexico, Colombia, Hungary, Italy and more, people who made my days brighter and with whom I shared my passion for traveling, and visiting places in a more locally way.

I want to keep meeting people that way, and also experience places in a less-conventional environment, especially in culture and way of lives that are different from Europe.

As a Parisian, I also love to show travellers my city and be a nice tour guy to them, as well I introducing them to my friend for drinks or dinner with French specialties!
