ABOUT ME

Hi :)
I am here because I am a curious and open-minded person. I love to meet and get to know new people, broaden my horizon, reflect on my point of view, discover and do new things, be spontaneous and let the end of the day surpise me.

I am very passionate about dancing, whether it's modern dance with my team or Salsa/Kizomba on the social dance floor, going crazy at a rock concert or in a club. Because music can make us feel in the most intense way and dancing is nothing else than indulging in this emotion and expressing it with your body.

After school I decided to go away for one year and chose New Zealand as my destination. This turned out to be the best decision I could have made. New Zealand's nature is breathtaking and I loved meeting meeting people from so many different places. Every traveller knows that once you've started exploring the world you never wanna stop travelling. So it was really hard to go back home but the thought of having the chance to travel again after uni, e.g. to Australia or South America, made my return a bit easier.
Back in Germany, I started studying British, American and Spanish literature and linguistics as well as physical education in Münster, a lovely university town in the North West of Germany. I've lived here for almost 6 years now, of which I spent one Erasmus year in Madrid where I continued my studies and discoverd my passion for Salsa, Kizomba and Bachata.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't regret too much as it doesn't make you happy in the end. There are so many opportunities in life. Take them and if you miss one, take the next one.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a great way to meet people, especially locals when you travel. For me, meeting people is the most valuable part of travelling.

I do not want to stay with you because it's cheap accommodation but because I am interested in you and your company. If you are very busy and have no time to hang out at all, just let me know.

If you host me, you can be sure that I will host you in return. Although I live in a student flat, we will figure something out ;)
