About Me
Note: I don't write references for meetups and I follow it very strictly. Also, I don't want you to write for me as well( again read). I only write references for staying or surfing.
Update: moved to India after 6 long years, ig- kapilrebelpt
Travel enthusiast, foodie and good cook. I quit my boring job in 2018 and moved to Austria. Now spending time between India and Portugal. For now I am covering India in detail, by slowly traveling in different states of India outside crowded places. So far Mizoram has been my favourite state of India.
I can easily qualify as a climate refugee. I am also Aspiring 21k runner. I have interest in Dark places and I have absolutely no/any attraction toward touristic places..
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think couchsurfing is the best tool to come across local people and see the hidden gems of the place which is otherwise impossible to stumble upon.
Interests
I am passionate about hitchhiking(done inTurkey, Myanmar, all over India and countless countries in the EU) and has taken me to many places, stories and people in India and abroad.
I love meeting new people from different backgrounds, know about their life, share their experience and my thoughts, travel stories and journey of life, I have learnt to become a good listener lately :), .. Also I am a big foodie and consider myself a good cook, I love to experiment with the food and improvise based on available ingredients, which is the soul of Indian cooking.

Teach, Learn, Share
I always look forward to learning from people's experiences and in return can offer my frugal ways of doing things, Indian 'Jugaad'. Also, I have experience in Business consulting and have been in the immigration consulting business for a while and can answer your queries about settling in Europe with my professional experience, of course without any fee. :p
Note: I have one house in Vrindavan which remains close and is furnished. I can offer it to any serious traveler with decent references, to stay as much as they want.
