Overview
About Me
We are a travel couple in our late 20s. @Travelgasms
We are heading to South America for 4 months August - December 2016 then to Asia and Africa between January-June 2017
We both love to travel and learn about new cultures.
Richard - Mexican-American, former numbers guy
Tracy - Vietnamese-American, high school English teacher
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Sharing my views with others and openly listening to all other views outside my own. Sharing culture and learning how great "different" can be.
I (Tracy) first heard of CS when I studied abroad in Europe. It's an amazing program, and I hope people can learn that there ARE many good and generous people in the world who aren't after your money. We love contributing to host / guest lives in a positive way.
I'm currently spreading the word about the CS community through meet-ups.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE - amazing....i've met such kind-hearted people...and i'm really glad i found this program.
Interests
In addition to travel, Richard enjoys making people laugh on a regular basis and reading. I probably watch more television than is healthy. We both enjoy basketball and trying new activities.
