ABOUT ME

I have lived in Bellingham, Washington for the last 4.5 years. Bellingham is a place where the spectacular North Cascades create a backdrop to a town that looks out over the unique archipelago of the San Juan Islands. Here, I attended Western Washington University and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. I am unsure (as of now) what I plan on doing with this degree, though I know I want to help people in some sort of way (preferably through healthcare) in hopes to...as cliche as it sounds, make this world a better place!

I enjoy anything that has to do with the mountains and water. My interests consist of the following: playing/watching sports, spontaneity and adventure, animals, bikram yoga, photography that moves me or any art form for that matter, the tropics, music, admiring leonardo dicaprio and his work in and outside of film, spending time with good people, laughing, eating yummy foods, cultures, reading, scuba diving, traveling and seeing the world, crafts, learning, google-ing, conservation...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have spent 2.5 months living in a tent in New Zealand, experienced a tropical cyclone in Fiji, seen a lion eat a warthog in the serengeti in Tanzania, saw the 1999 final women's world cup soccer game where Brandi Chastain ripped off her jersey, graduated college!, caught a 105 lb. sailfish in Costa Rica, seen sea horses while scuba diving in Bonaire, cashed out on the penny slots in Las Vegas (2 dollar winnings), had a pet hamster in college, released day-old sea turtles into the ocean in Mexico.... to be continued
