ABOUT ME

Life has been good to me, and so have the people along the way. I enjoy smiles, a good laugh, snow, laying in the sun, the Earth, and the finer things in life such as friends, good FOOD, and family. I would love to show you around my beautiful town in hopes that you would return the favor. Activities: kayaking, camping, biking, skiing, just being out of doors. I like cooking vegetarian foods, brewing and drinking beer, photography, stargazing, and listening, or sometimes making, music.

I will soon be traveling down to Europe and then Argentina to begin a new adventure.

I believe the best way to see the world is to see where it will take you.

PHILOSOPHY

People learn what they know from others. I believe that meeting people and experiencing the lives of others opens your mind to new and great things. Close-mindedness often comes from just not knowing and knowledge is a powerful tool that should be expanded.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a few people and would love to surf in my upcoming travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a few people and shown a few others around town. I have been on couchsurfing for about 4 years, but almost every time I have tried to surf it has not worked out :( But I am keeping my chin up and hope to surf soon!

I have surfed, however, unofficially quite a bit in Alaska and once in Washington.
