One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been to the pyramids in Egypt maybe a dozen times, though I was born and raised in Indiana and seem completely Irish-American (I'm half Egyptian).
I think the Bay Area's pretty amazing, and I'm seeing a lot of it all the time.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am good at cooking healthy, whole meals that are easy and on the cheap.
Excellent judge of good coffee (most of my pay checks have come from coffee shops).
Good at relating to people. In the nice, pretty way. The midwestern friendliness, with the Bay Area urbaness mixed in together.
Hardcore abilities to "navigate the system," -- i.e. government, regulations, guides, what's going on.
I can scull, and I live by a marina.
I'm into learning most things. Right now I'm really into outdoors/athletic/adventure-y learning (because I didn't grow up learning that stuff), and learning about anything science, economics, or europe (I studied humanities, and have traveled only in the Middle East so far, with the exception of a one week trip to spain. Major goal to change that lack-of-europe knowledge in the next three years).
