I'm short, witty, creative, caustic (sometimes), adventurous yet conservative, and hungry. Hungry for delicous food, good beer, fun companionship and great sights and sounds.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to see as much as I can and do as much as I can, within reason. I adore travel, writing and photography, and mix the three whenever possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Crashed on my friends floor in Nagano for three weeks, it was great, and what brought be back to Japan full time.

Oldboy, Samurai films, Anime (hey, I live in Japan for cryin out loud!) Almost Famous, Amelie, Boondock Saints, Star Wars, Indiana Jones for movies. Historical Action like the Sharpe Series or thrillers like the Preston/Child books for my reading. Music is punk, especially mixed punk like Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys and Reel Big Fish. I also enjoy a bit of Rammstein and Oomph!, and a wee bit of the ole J-pop, when I feel like rotting my brain.
