ABOUT ME
I'm tess, I came across the couchsurfing website about 6 years ago... I spent 4 months travelling in the USA/Mexico/Central America in 2008 and met the most wonderful people through this site...The most generous, friendly, helpful guides to a range of destinations - all we did was land on their doorsteps, people took us in, gave us maps, made us dinner, introduced us to their friends and their lives and for that, I am extremely grateful.
I now live with my fiancé in central Victoria. A gold mining town originally, now it's a peaceful regional city with a few bits and pieces to see. About 2 hours from Melbourne and 1 hour from Echuca (Murray river).
I'm happy to have people to stay, meet up with people for coffee and chats, drink with people!!

Music, Movies, and Books
Closet fan of Katy Perry...
Reading consists of mostly law books, cases and facebook posts at the moment! When I have a chance I love a good biography/autobiography.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Jumping off a 30 metre platform in costa rica and swinging around for a bit!! this terrified me.. i think everyone else doing it was quite blase about it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can walk backwards and forwards at the same time... It's less about skill and more about having weird hips and knees!
