About Me

CURRENT MISSION

enjoying the freedom of being a student. in other words: traveling until the doctor arrives!

ABOUT ME

Originally from around Frankfurt I now live and attend university for history in Trier . I'd say I'm a laid back person, although I do have some pet peeves(never slam the door of my car!). I enjoy hanging out with friends, but also spending some quality time with a good book. I can't cook very much but I like to bake. I love being independent, which explaines the love of my car although it`s just a small opel corsa. Recently I evolved into quite the tv-show-junkie.

PHILOSOPHY

carpe noctem.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just spent a year going to school and traveling in the United States. It was awesome and I met so many great people on couchsurfng. Now I'm back in Germany and can finally host people on my own as soon as I get my apartment ready.
Update: Will be in the US until January 2015.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love about every movie with Johnny Depp, can enjoy brainless romances as well as brainless actionmovies (especially if it's marvel) but my alltime favorites are Once Upon a Time in the West, the Rocky Horror Picture Show and most of the old disney classics.
My favorite bands are Queen, the Beatles and die Ärzte (german punkrockband).
I read mostly historical novels -pillars of the earth rules them all-, some thrillers and fantasy, some of the classics and my favorite author is Stephen King.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

standing in the ocean in the tampa bay surrounded by a swarm of tiny, colorful fish
watching the 4th of july fireworks in Boston
seeing the sun set and rise in the australian outback - and the sky in betweeen
