Discovered dehydrated potatoes. Checked out Singapore black-pepper crabs, Hemingway's haunts in Cuba, ojek motorbike taxis in Jakarta; worked in New York City, gambled in Macau, played poker in Vegas, NYC and Manila; attended workshops in Borneo and Switzerland; married a Brit (maybe won't try that again), tried sand yachting in France, python meat in Philippines.
