ABOUT ME

I am a 51 year old woman living with my son in the nice town of Deventer
in the east of the Netherlands.
I enjoy travelling and have visited a lot of places. I like practicing yoga and qi gong.
I also like to do outside activities (hiking, biking, camping ...)and like to show other people the nice things of my city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was to Berlin in 2008. I really enjoyed it and feel like doing it again. I also have experienced couchsurfing in Gambia, Antwerpen and Kerkrade. I have hosted guests from Macedonië, Turkey and Germany.

Interests

I enjoy walking in nature, meeting with friends for fun, playing bordgames and good conversations. I like practicing qi gong and yoga. I also like travelling, camping not only abroad but also in my own country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have lived in Nakuru Kenya for 3 months at the age of 18. Is was part of an exchange programm and I lived in and with a local family.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like cooking and love to prepare food for my host. We can enjoy it while exchanging stories and thoughts.
