ABOUT ME

I was most recently called a "crazy fish", does that give you an idea maybe? :)
I am a traveller, an anti-tourist, a space case, a singer, a wine drinker, a cook, a swimmer, a serious person, an emotional person, an honest person, a wannabe photographer, a mad person, a thinker.. and then some.

Experiences and people often challenge me and yank me out of my comfort zone. I am scared of the unknown but I do new stuff anyway because I'm just too curious about the outcome and it usually works out quite well so that's how life just goes on.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have hosted a few people, met up with some for drinks - introduced them to my bunch of crazy friends :) I also have spoken to some people just to help them figure out their travel and work plans for India.
Most recently, I've made friends with some people when I was new in town, been to a few local meetings, which have been quite fun. Now that I'm living in Europe, maybe I'll meet some more while travelling around here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted some really friendly folks from Europe. We were actually hosting people (adopting drifters is more like it!) even before I signed up here.
At present I am travelling around in Europe and surfing for the first time, which has been brilliant so far!

Teach, Learn, Share

I stay away from tourists and tourist places and walk down small alleys instead, sit by the sea/lake/river and just space out.. I need to keep learning and discovering which is perfect through Couchsurfing. I'm happy to talk about politics, travelling, history, music, photography, street art, life, relationships, anything goes really... My latest addiction is the hula hoop and I just got some poi to learn. If you can teach me some tricks, that would be great!
