I'm a chronic traveller who likes the freedom of it: a bag, an idea, and the endless possibilities these things bring.

I'm from the UK but speak with an American accent. I usually travel alone for the flexibility, I'm very outgoing and social, so I like meeting new people and finding more about their lives.

For 2015, I'm going to travel more in Europe as I've lived here most of my life but have seen and done more on other continents. It's time to redress this imbalance!

I've travelled for 3 years on and off and found the usual tourist traps, tiresome and insulated from meeting real people and hanging out in the better bars/museums/markets. I originally joined because I had accommodation problems in Australia but now use the site to meet people who know about the area they live in and want to learn about where I'm from as well.
