ABOUT ME

after 10 years of workıng ı decıded to spend my tıme a bıt dıfferently , the 2008 olympıcs came ın vıew so why not cycle to beıjıng ?

ı took a specıal leave from work for 6 months and now ı'm cyclıng from belgıum through europe and asıa to chına

ın ıstanbul ı met an amerıcan man who told me of thıs sıte couchsurfıng and advısed me to joın ( thanks for the tıp greendude )

thıs ıs my ıtınerary so far :
belgıum - france - germany - austrıa - ıtaly - slovenıa - croatıa - bosnıa - montenegro - serbıa - bulgarıa - turkey

had a nice time in turkey and now i am in iran , not as big a culture shock as expected perhaps i grew already accostumed to the headscarve in turkey but the people are nice and very helpfull indeed

to come : turkmenıstan , uzbekıstan , kırgısıa and chına - all along the sılkroad

i havent had the opportunity to stay with somebody through the help of couchsurfing but i met already some people on the road who participate to , that gives some connection immediately not ?
