About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see some amazing places and connect with interesting people on the path of synchronicity!
ABOUT ME
I'm a 37-year old woman, half-Sicilan, half-German by origin - I grew up in Germany but have lived in England for 18 years. Almost three years ago, I left the UK to travel to Pakistan by train - via Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Siberia, Mongolia, China, Tibet, Nepal and India. India changed my life completely, and when I came back to the UK after the journey, I spent the last two years living in ashrams and other communities. Right now, I am finishing off a book about my travels in India.
My main quest on this journey, apart from seeing amazing places and meeting new people, is to learn more about the spirituality of the lands I am visiting. I am particularly interested in yoga, tantra, hinduism and buddhism, and I make an effort to connect with that aspect everywhere.
Apart from my work as a priestess and writer, I've worked in the music industry for a big part of my twenties. If you're curious and want to find out more about me, you can check out my travel blog at http://www.travelblog.org/Bloggers/Travelling-Priestess/, or visit my website on http://sacred-ceremonies.co.uk
PHILOSOPHY
Always follow your heart, your intuition and your guidance - and you can't go wrong.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I heard about this project on the train from a fellow traveller, and I think it sounds marvellous. With CS2, I'd like to meet other travellers, surf their couches, and offer a couch in return when I get back!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I met somebody for a tea in Mongolia. I haven't been active in CouchSurfing since, because I've been primarily living in communities England, but am looking forward to starting again!
