ABOUT ME

Travelling as long as I can. Being a teacher leaves much time to keep growing. Travelling for leisure and for work, but still, travelling joyfully !There are so many countries in the world that we cannot visit all of them in one life so let's start now and not waste time ! There is much work to do and the best way to do so is to rely on friends and on people who will become friends. I'm a musician of different sort of instruments even if I'm more like a drummer. I started bass guitar a few months ago and I just love it (easier to dance while playing than drums). Sharing time playing music is a wonderful way to know each other. Albert Jacquard said "There is no lonely exploit but collective achievements" Sorry but it sounds better in French : "Il n'y a pas d'exploit solitaire mais des réussites solidaires"
I love dancing, funk or caribeean styles even if I suck !

PHILOSOPHY

Be open to every experience, whether it is new or redone. An encounter can change your life, the slightest second can bring you so much.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I make the most of it and try to convert those of my friends who have never tried.
The experiences I have had so far hav been great and I must say that CS is a wonderful way to travel the world and meet fantastic people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've experienced Couch Surfing as a surfer in Finland, Mali, Senegal and Jamaica until now and it has always been a wonderful experience with wonderful people. Now, my turn to repay the favor.
I had the chance to host several people until today and I keep enjoying people and share time with them.
I now have had the short experience of hosting and it a real pleasure to share my daily life with travellers. Let's keep on !

Interests

I've always tried to work where I travel (one month minimum for the stay) because you never know a country and its people as much as when you work in. Taking habits, knowing the bar you like, eating the food you want in that special tiny tiny place you discovered once by luck. This is why, when you visit a country for a short time, Couch Surfing is good. Because you share people's life and that's the point ! Even if if you don't stay at people's place, then, having a drink with them is good time anyway.

I will take anyone for climbing, just ask and you will get stuck on a rock in a blink ! Ping-pong in Paris, ok !

-stuck on an Island in Stockholm archipelago because of a storm-stuck at 4100 m. high in Morocco Atlas because of a storm-stuck at 2500 m. high in the Carpattes in Romania because of a storm, shot by the Armenian army, 48h in the worst bus ever in Africa...
