About Me

I'm stoked to connect with fellow travellers and hosts who embody the spirit of adventure and cultural curiosity! I'm seeking the true essence of a place - its hidden gems, local secrets, and authentic vibes. I'm drawn to the good people, warm hospitality, and shared moments that make life richer. And I'm always on the hunt for the beautiful - whether that's a stunning sunset, a delicious feed, or a breathtaking view. If you're keen to share your slice of paradise and make some unforgettable memories, I'm all ears (and couch)!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To let eveyrone know that kindness still thrives amidst everything that's not nice.

Interests

I'm a total culture vulture , and I'm all about soaking up the history and vibes at cultural heritage sites. I also enjoy nature-tripping — taking in the views and enjoying some chill adventures.

Music, Movies, and Books

When I'm not exploring new places, you can find me curled up with a good book. I'm pretty bookworm and love diving into geopolitics, history, culture, travel, and art history -- it's the perfect way to stay curious and inspired! I also sneak in novels whenever I can. My music playlist and movie tastes are pretty eclectic, reflecting the many places I've been and people I've met!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing trip that's stuck with me is my Ladakh adventure, inspired by the movie 3 Idiots! I finally made it to this stunning region, and it exceeded all expectations. The landscapes are simply breathtaking. On my way back to Delhi, flights were cancelled due to the India-Pakistan conflict, so I opted for land travel. That decision led to some of the most thrilling and scenic moments of my journey, sights I only imagined, but will never forget!

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to teach, learn and share anything about life -- profound or mundane.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Couch, books, and tales from my journeys await. I cook up Filipino food to share, and I'm keen to offer you warm hospitality to make your stay comfy and memorable.

But before you send a request to stay, here are a few house rules I would like you to read. They're pretty standard for me, just so we're on the same page:

1. I can host you for two nights max.

2. You've got a separate room, but it's a bit cluttered with some stuff I store there.

3. I'll be around in the evenings, but you're free to explore Wellington from 9am-6pm while I'm at work - just don't stay in the house without me, cool?

4. No visitors, please - wanna keep my place chill 😊.

5. Just keep the room tidy, and we're all good!

I hope these sound good for you!
