About Me
After we finished our studies in Innsbruck and abroad, my lovely wife and I moved back to Vorarlberg, where we did our GP training (general practitioner, family medicine). We did intend to again move back to Tirol as Sarah grew up there and we both have lots of friends and family there. As you can see, we still hang around in Bludenz, as we have totally fallen in love with this amazing region and it seems as we got stuck a bit in plans. Pretty busy working long hours and irregular time tables - that's why we're hardly able to host.
We? Yes, it's Sarah and me - you can find her profile here: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/saharaspreng
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined this wonderful idea and network of amazing people when I was travelling my first time to New Zealand and Australia to visit my sister, who was on her au-pair experience on those days. Since then I loved the idea, but hardly had too many chances to meet and stay with CSer in Austria.
Sarah and I did our last year in medical school abroad and we were so lucky to combine our internships and explorations of so many amazing countries with lots of CS experiences and were lucky to meet so many lovely people.
As we are now working both fulltime we hardly have time to host - but we truly enjoy hosting if somehow possible. Please understand, that we only accept guests who share our understanding of CS as an amazing possibility to get to know people from all over the world - friends you never met before ;-)
!!! we do not accept copy paste requests (especially for skiing only) !!!
We highly appreciate getting in touch with us with a personal request! Tell us why you would like to stay with us :-)

Music, Movies, and Books
I love acoustic music, self-made music. I really like U2 and most of the "softer" music. I really enjoy reading books. Unfortunately, I hardly have any time, because I prefer people and having a good conversation over books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Marry my lovely wife in a free (civil) ceremony!
