Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be open to evolve emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
ABOUT ME
I would say that I am a life-enthusiast. I find this "ride" continues to be a fantastic, dynamic process! Currently, I am enjoying an incredible mix of exciting travel experiences and challenging but creative work opportunities. I find most things and most people very interesting. Laughing creates health of mind, body and spirit and I easily do that daily. My faith is very important, and I feel gratitude to God for this life.
PHILOSOPHY
What motivates me most in life are Love and Truth. (We will probably have to have a beer together (or tea!) before getting into what that means to me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
The experiences have been amazing in Wyoming, Montana, and Germany. I highly recommend this site to anyone who wants to take travel to a deeper, more meaningful level. This concept, long applied in various forms, truly has the potential to change the way we look at ourselves and others!
Interests
Laughing. Good conversation with people from a breadth of backgrounds, interests, and cultures. Snowboarding. I love moving my body whether it be dance, performing arts, fitness, sports, walking to work, yoga, whatever! The body has wisdom. I spend also spend time in prayer, meditation and worship.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I met a Nepalese man while hiking the Annapurna circuit. He lived in a village 2 hours hike above the trail. He invited me back to his home and I told stories and attempted to amuse the whole village with 55 children sitting around me, inquisitive looks and beautiful smiles.
Teach, Learn, Share
Relaxing Breath:
Lie down on the floor on your back. Allow your arms to be near the body but not touching. Let the legs separate and the feet flop away from each other. Place the palm of your right hand over the navel. Inhale, and feel the belly expand out and your hand rise with the belly as you inhale. Exhale, and allow your hand to fall as your belly moves back toward the spine. This will take some getting used to. When you master it, you will begin to feel calmness of mind and body. Enjoy!!!
