About Me
Hey, I'm Ashish – a ordinary guy from Kathmandu who adores capturing vibrant moments using my camera. From the grandeur of Himalayan peaks to the charm of city corners, photography helps me keep emotions and tales alive.
Cooking is another love; I'm all about perfecting the comforting dal bhat. Yet, what truly fuels me is connecting with people. I enjoy sharing and listening stories with fellow travelers and diving into local cultures, relishing the diversity of human interaction.
i am myself a Traveler to me, travel is more than discovering new places; it's about exploring new sides of myself and forming bonds. Life's a mix of serene moments, thrilling experiences, and heartwarming connections. With dreams that span horizons, I aim to embrace cultures, hike, trek, and expand my horizons through books.
Kindness and love guide my path. I welcome you to be part of this journey where each photo, story, or meal adds hues to life's canvas. After all we all live for memories.
Eager to craft tales together,
Ashish 🌄📸🍛
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I believe in the beauty of connecting with people from all over the world. It's like sharing stories and experiences with new friends I haven't met yet. I'm curious about different cultures, and Couchsurfing lets me learn firsthand about them. It's a way of showing that no matter where we're from, we're all part of the same human family. Through Couchsurfing, I'm not just hosting a place; I'm making the world feel smaller and cozier by connecting with kind-hearted people everywhere.
As a host, I find joy in welcoming travelers from around the world into my space. It's about more than just providing a place to stay – it's creating a home away from home, where cultures blend and stories are shared. Through hosting, I'm reminded that despite our diverse backgrounds, we all share the same basic human needs and desires. It's a chance to bridge gaps, break down barriers, and cultivate a sense of global togetherness. Each guest brings a unique chapter to the ongoing story of my home, and in return, I become a part of their journey. Hosting isn't just about offering a roof; it's about building connections that span continents and last a lifetime.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Marrying the love of my life was like stepping into a cherished daydream turned reality. From the first spark of connection to the shared laughter and deep conversations, our journey was a testament to the magic of growing together. Transitioning from friends to partners felt like discovering a hidden treasure, and standing hand in hand on our wedding day, our promises echoed the universe's affirmation that some dreams are simply meant to come true. With each passing day, I'm reminded that love has an incredible way of turning once-unimaginable fantasies into beautifully shared moments.
