About Me
My name is Travis, and I grew up in the south west suburbs of Chicago. Growing up my family didn't have a lot of money, so as my last year of high school was coming to a close, the question my parents had was, "What are you going to do next?" My answer was travel. They laughed. I left.
I'm 24 years old now, and have been traveling all over the country since leaving the house at 18. I have had various jobs in different places, (running jet ski's in Destin, FL, beach service in Santa Rosa, Door to door sales in various states and cities, and Alarm technician in a number states too.)
When I come to a new place I like to play tourist at first, then meet some locals and get the real feel for a place that people like me call home. In my travels I've picked up playing guitar/ukulele, and enjoy playing with others. I love a good craft beer, and have recently developed a taste for amazing food (before that I typically eat junk.). I like to paint and draw, show me your cities art district. I am always seeking out great artists for new tattoo's! So I've got a slackline and a ukulele in the car, stories to share, and an affinity for meeting new people and hearing their stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in Savannah, Georgia for about a month. East of Savannah is this interesting place called Tybee Island. My brother and I went there late night to check out the beach and stars because of the low light pollution. At around 1 - 2 am we were chased off the beach by "something."
The two of us were so shaken up by the event, and whatever that "thing" was, that for the next 6 nights we went back to Tybee Island in hopes of capturing a picture of whatever that was.
There is so much more to this story... And No, No drugs were involved.
