One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sailing across the Atlanticin a thirty foot boat. In progress, will give a full run down when I get home. Writing from Cork Ierland.
I finished third (in boat class) in the Texas Water Safari. 260 mile canoe race. Amazing how long you can sleep after 59 hours of nonstop paddling!
The fading colors casting gangly shadows on an army of scuttling crabs on a undisturbed beach. Mountains to my back and crashing wave reaching for my toes. Why should I return "home" has never been stronger.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a few solo racing canoes and two rowing shell. If you and the weather are inclined, I'll take you out on the lake. At various point in my life I have competitively raced both types of boats.
