Overview
About Me
I am a business professional living the life of a nomad for the next 1 - 2 years. I have lived my entire life in Canada and while I love my country, I am excited to see the beauty that exists in other places in the world.
Throughout my 20's I dedicated my life towards creating awareness about Parkinson's disease. My dad was diagnosed in his 40's, so I felt compelled to try and make a difference in any way I could.
My friends would likely describe me as easy-going, adventurous, outgoing, fun, easy to take the piss out of and grateful to have beautiful people in my life...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
While I enjoy meeting other travelers at hostels, I like to mix it up and meet local people in the areas that I am visiting to learn more about their community and if they're interested, teach them a bit about Canada.
When I return home, I hope to return the favour to people travelling across Canada to continue meeting and learning from people all over the world.
Interests
I'm pretty much into any kind of activity that takes me outdoors such as golfing, biking, hiking, camping, snowboarding, scuba diving, surfing, kayaking, etc. If I haven't tried something, I'm always willing to learn and give it a go!
Being from Canada, I was raised playing and watching hockey from a very early age. I love everything about the game!
Other interests include organizing events, trying out different kinds of beers and playing pool.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all different kinds of music, but when I'm just chilling out, I enjoy indie, folk, 90's alternative and throw it back to the Beatles often. When it's time to dance, I enjoy letting loose to Electronic Dance Music (EDM).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hmm tough question, not that it's overly amazing, but I ate a beating snake heart while travelling in Vietnam and chased it down with a blood whiskey shot.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I could share stories over cold beer, wine or drink of your fancy (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). I enjoy cooking, so would be happy to cook breakfast or dinner if you're interested.
