ABOUT ME

I run, paint, sing, rock climb, dance, hike, eat, drink tea, bike, laugh...loudly, cook, bake, love.

I love living simply and eating healthy. I am a vegetarian and love making up new healthy vegetarian and vegan dishes.

I am a member of the LDS or Mormon church. I love animals. I love people. I love doing just about anything outside.

PHILOSOPHY

There are only two people in this world, the people you love, and the people you don't know. I think that we are all capable of doing so much good and I think good can be found in every person and in everything as long as that is what you are looking for. You'll find whatever you're looking for so why not be looking for the good? If you really really know someone, chances are, you will love them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have couch surfed in Thailand and in the south and north of India and have loved loved it. Have not had a negative experience yet. I love CS bc it allows you to have a look into the culture of the place you are in that you wouldn't otherwise have a chance to see/experience and it has created an opportunity for me to meet really really wonderful people who I've learned so much from.

兴趣

Anything outside that involves moving my body and getting my heart rate up! I love talking about sustainable living, how to live more simply, and the human body and how to keep it healthy! I eel strongly about using the gifts we have been blessed with to serve our brothers and sisters immediately around us or around the world.
