About Me

I am a southern guy from Atlanta! I am a open minded, free-spirited, wide-eyed traveler. I love live music, new experiences, and great conversation. I come with good humor, interesting conversation and a fresh outlook on life. I am one of those people who have never met a stranger, and can talk to anyone/anything!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing to experience the world, not just see it. I want to meet locals, get immersed in the culture, share laughs, have your (the hosts) favorite snack/coffee, see what most tourist never do -- the individuals.

I want to offer that same experience to anyone who is visiting this amazing city I live in. I want to meet and converse with folks from around the world, and help facilitate an amazing Atlanta experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard....

I have been working at/with a camp for individuals with developmental disabilities. I have been involved for 18 years. Reently (2015-2017) I was president of the Board for camp. During that presidency the Board was recognized internationally for "Service to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities" - First place. This is amazing because of the work we all put in to service the 300 campers.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach dad jokes and punny humor.

I can learn anything that is thrown at me.

I would share memories, laughter, debate, and open-mindedness.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will share smiles, insights, beer, laughs, conversation, open-world views, spontaneity, and my wonderful Southern Charm from the southern states of USA. -- Probably also will show them how to properly make sweet tea :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, France, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Puerto Rico
