ABOUT ME

I'm 25 and travelling pretty extensively at the moment. I graduated from university in 2009 and then moved to Africa to do development work with the Peace Corps. My service ended in November 2011 and I've been travelling since. I've got a blog at www.trentsumner.com if you want to check that out.

I suppose I'm still trying to figure that out, hence the travelling and meeting people.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Books: The Sun Also Rises Hemingway, Lamb: The Gospel of Biff by Christopher Moore (look it up, it's great), East of Eden by Steinbeck.

Music: anything where someone talented is loving what s/he's doing. I'm kinda on a bluegrass kick these days.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I've traveled a fairly decent bit and seen some pretty cool things, but I gotta say that the coolest, most amazing things can be the small things, like watching the sun set after a long day or having a beer with friends.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I recently learned how to trim the toenails of a llama, if that's a skill you need.

I'm also fairly competent with computers, photography, cycling and ultimate frisbee. I've got a pretty strong foundation in math and science if any one needs some homework help too.
