ABOUT ME

I have a wonderful partner Rachel. We are ready to start travelling the world and would love to host people doing the same. We enjoy a nice wine or a good beer, sometimes both. We enjoy sport and getting out and about trying new things. We are proud kiwis and would like to show off our little piece of paradise.

PHILOSOPHY

I have spent the past 18 years putting all my time and energy bringing my boys up to be well adjusted young men who I am very proud of. Now I feel it is time for me to start doing things for myself again so Rach and I want to start travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Over the years I have stayed with people in various countries and have have had many stay with me. I have enjoyed every experience. I have only just found Couchsurfing so hopefully will meet many more people from around the world.

Interests

I enjoy playing sport and watching my boys play theirs. I enjoy travel. I enjoy going down to the beach and watching the sunset. I enjoy having friends over and enjoy a beer or a nice wine.

I have a very broad range of music interests. I enjoy watching a good comedy movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Becoming a father is probably the most amazing thing that has happened to me.
While I was living in London I got the opportunity to go to Buckingham palace and met Queen Elizabeth and prince Phillip. That was quite special. I enjoyed Iguazu falls from both the brasillian and Argentinian sides.

Teach, Learn, Share

We went to South America last year and thought I would love to go back. I would really like to learn Spanish also.
